Visitor and contractor management for factories in Malaysia.

QR registration, contractor safety induction, blocklist checks and evacuation roll-call, in one browser-based system for your factory gate.

What does SitePass do at a factory gate?It records every visitor and contractor, checks their approval, induction and blocklist status when they check in, and gives fire marshals a live roll-call during an evacuation.

How it works at a factory

A contractor's day at your gate.

  1. STEP 01

    Before arrival

The contractor, or their company, registers with work type, tools, PPE and permit number, then watches the induction video or PDF and signs.

  2. STEP 02

    Host approval

The engineer or supervisor who asked for the work approves on their phone, or rejects with a reason.

  3. STEP 03

    At the gate

The guard scans the QR badge. SitePass checks the time window, the induction validity and the blocklist in the same scan.

  4. STEP 04

    On site and out

Zones and PPE are on record. Anyone past their expected exit shows as overstayed, and check-out closes the visit.

What factories get

  • Contractor companies and personnel with photos
  • Work type, scope, tools, PPE, permit number and vehicle plate per entry
  • PPE and zone acknowledgement on every registration

Security & emergency

Know who is inside when it matters.

  • Blocklist and watchlist checked at registration, approval and every check-in
  • Overstay alerts and a live onsite list by zone
  • One-tap evacuation roll-call, synced across marshals' phones
  • Drill history and printable reports
  • Action log and permissions for each staff account

FAQ

Factory questions.

Can SitePass stop a contractor whose safety induction has expired?

Yes. Every registration stores the induction acknowledgement with a valid-until date. Once it has passed, check-in is refused until the contractor signs the current induction again.

Can we keep different versions of our safety induction?

Yes. Induction versions are kept as draft, active or archived, with one active version at a time. Each has a summary, an effective date, a video link, a PDF and a validity period, and every acknowledgement records which version was signed.

Does SitePass manage permit-to-work?

SitePass records the permit number, work type, scope, tools and PPE for each contractor entry. If you need a full permit-to-work approval flow, talk to us about it.

Can SitePass records be used for audits?

Acknowledgement logs show who signed which induction version, when, with the signature, PPE and zones. You can view and print them, or export reports to CSV.

What does a fire marshal need to use the roll-call?

A phone with a web browser and a SitePass login with evacuation access. The roll-call lists everyone checked in when the evacuation was started, grouped by zone, and refreshes every 15 seconds.
