2. Information collected in SitePass

SitePass collects visitor and contractor information solely for site security and safety compliance at the customer's premises. Depending on how the customer sets up its forms, this can include names, IC or passport numbers, contact details, company, photos, signatures, health declarations, vehicle plates, and entry and exit records.

3. Use of data

The collected information is used by the host facility to track personnel movement, verify safety inductions and keep compliance records. We do not sell or share this data with third-party advertisers.

4. Access and security

Records can only be viewed by the customer's logged-in staff, and each staff account is limited to the modules its administrator allows. Gate actions and visitor lookups are recorded in an action log. The SitePass website and service are served over HTTPS.

5. This website

This marketing website has no forms, cookies or analytics. The interactive demos run only in your browser and send nothing to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
