    Each resident has a personal QR link to send to visitors, for example on WhatsApp.

  2. STEP 02

    Visitor registers

    On their own phone: name, IC/passport, phone and visit details, plus the house rules with an e-signature.

  3. STEP 03

    Resident approves

    The resident gets the request and approves the visit from their own phone, or rejects it with a reason.

  4. STEP 04

    One scan at the gate

    The guard scans the QR pass. SitePass checks the visit time and the blocklist, and records check-in and check-out.

Residential questions.

Who approves a visitor at a condominium?

The resident being visited. The request appears on the resident's phone and they approve it, or reject it with a reason, before the visitor arrives. The guard only lets in approved visitors.

Is there a mobile app for residents?

Yes. Residents can use the SitePass mobile app, or open SitePass in their phone's web browser. The management office sets up each resident's login.

Does the guard still need to hold the visitor's IC?

SitePass records the visitor's IC or passport number when they register, so the guard checks the QR pass instead. Whether you stop holding or photocopying cards is your management's decision.

Can we stop a banned person or an ex-tenant from entering?

Yes. Add them to the blocklist by IC/passport, phone, vehicle plate or name, with an optional expiry date. They are checked at registration, approval and every check-in. A name-only match gives a warning, not a block.

Can SitePass handle renovation contractors?

Yes. Contractor entries record the company, the workers with photos, work type, scope, tools, permit number, vehicle plate and schedule, and each worker gets their own pass.

How much does SitePass cost for a residential property?
